If you believe you are unable to fulfill payment obligation in a timely manner please contact the HOA Board of Directors to discuss hardship arrangements.
Have you witnessed an issue in the neighborhood such as parking violations, noise violations, uncut grass/weeds, or failure to clean up after animals? These are matters for the West Lafayette Resource Team. West Lafayette has assigned a team of officers to handle these issues for communities within the West Lafayette area. Please contact them directly at (765) 775-5200 with any issues.
Please remember to be courteous to your neighbors and clean up after your pets, maintain your lawns, and honor our covenants. We have had recent reports of inoperable vehicles left outside of garages and dog feces left in the common areas/easements of our neighborhood and in other neighbors' yards. Please be aware that West Lafayette will fine you if they are called out and find these violations.

Please also ensure that the driving members of your households follow the posted speed limits.
Help, we lost our sign! One of the signs at the community entrance of the back pond has gone missing. If anyone had stored it for the winter or has otherwise seen the sign please send us a message so we can arrange to retrieve it and save our HOA to save money.
