Street parking is a safety issue! We ask that you be kind enough to stagger park on either side of the street. This means if you see a vehicle parked on the street, try not to park directly across from them. Two vehicles parked directly across from each other on opposite sides of the street make the pass-through in the middle of the street very narrow, and an emergency vehicle may not be able to to make it through to protect your home! We had an issue with a fire truck having to take the time to find an alternate route last year. Also, please do not park directly in front of any mailbox. Our mail delivery person is not required to deliver mail if a vehicle is parked directly in front of it.
2011 HOA Dues are now due. Please send in your payment as soon as possible so we may continue to provide the necessary services that are required in our neighborhood.
